Yeah I remember you telling me that, ahh I'm just being paranoid.

Yeah mine has the same spacer. Ahh 10mm (only 0.39 in.) WILL NOT be noticeable in pics and I think I made the right choice.
Awesome! I think you will be happy with it, right up until you get that all pro bumper....

Re: ToyTec Group Buy II

What is the spring rate of the 883's? I know 886's are the "heavy" ones for running a big bumper and winch. Is a spacer necessary or is the spacer just for a fine adjustment to the height? Still trying to learn all this stuff before I buy.

The spring rates are all the same 883-885(590 lbs) until you get to the 886, it is 660lb. The coils are 10mm taller as you go up from the 883.

We use the spacer to get a full 3" front lift. In our early testing this could not be acheived with coils alone. The 885s were close but they were stiffer when compressed on the shock.

So if I don't want the full 3 inches I could leave the spacer out. Thanks for all your help.

You can always remove the spacer, or add it in the future if you need a little more lift. It adds about 3/4" lift. We can also sell the OME lift without the spacers. We are all about options!

I have not heard of that before. Can you pinpoint the noise?

Re: ToyTec Group Buy II

I'll see if I can figure it out. I am usually in the drivers seat when it is making noise. All I know is there is some noise coming out of each end.

Re: ToyTec Group Buy II

The creaks and groans are getting less after a few days.

Doug, I do have another question. What do all the bolts get torqued to. The only one I could find is the one for 54#s. Do the other bolts have torque settings?
