What brand name is the synthetic winch line? Samson's Synthetic line comes from Winchline.com. They use Samson's 12-Strand AmSteel Blue - a Twelve-Strand single braid that is the world's strongest fiber.
What color choices are available? Color Choices for 5/16" is currently only Blue (there is a possiblity of silver but I'm not sure)...
For the 3/8" you can get, blue, black, sliver, green, yellow, or orange.
And last question,
Is there a protective sheath available? I know some synthetic line makers offer them and some do not. It does come with a protective sheath of tubular webbing is what I understand from winchline....

Hate to be a noob but what are the reviews of the winches. i will be needing one soon and these deals seem great.
I googled "superwinch vs warn" and found quite a few reviews, all favorable. It is sometimes hard for me to believe reviews from websites that only sell a certain type of winch, so I mostly relied upon various forums where people wrote in about their actual experiences.
