Yes we ship packages there every day. There are customs and brokerage fees and additional shipping though. I can calculate shipping if you want to let me know whick option you were interested in.

They are 2" longer than stock.

I would like to 2 1/2-3" lift all around, close to level after lift and Road Armor bumper. I like the coil-over option and would prefer to avoid spacers except for leveling. I also don't know what the hell I am talking about, even though I read the lift comparo thread. Any recommendations would be great.

The Bilstein front shocks will work with the package 1 or 2. A longer rear shock will give you 2" more flex off road when used with our 2" lift rear coils.

I'm close! I am just trying to edumacate myself on the options.

Looking and package 2 and 3.

Will the coilovers you are working on be similar to what is offered in package 3? How much are control arms if I want to add those to package 3? Are these front shocks OEM of DR (I think you said they were warranted by them)? How hard would package 2 or 3 be to install oneself on a scale of 1-10 (looking at what I can save and put into the package, or if i should have the professionals do it). I am pretty handy, but have standard tools, ramps, jacks.

...and does package #3 come with extended brake lines?
