Just to clarify that is a total of 10 kits regardless of how many of each. 5 and 5, 7 and 3, etc.....

Is the 3" able to support the additional weight of a All Pro non winch bumper? The bumper weighs 85lbs

Yes this kit will support that winch bumper, but keep in mind that you are using the stock coils so you are at their limits.
