And in the small print under the "Not Open To The Public" it states....

"If you bought a bumper, you MIGHT expect part of a refund, if we feel like it. We MIGHT answer the phone when you call, but I doubt it. Oh, and thanks for your money....er....business."

Ummm maybe going straight manufacturer and selling only wholesale to dealers. By some of the comments on this forum that might be smart as they didn't seem to be able to deal with the retail customer very good. Hopefully they can make this work as the product does look cool enough but looks ain't everything. IMHO
