On the second page of the instructions there is a diagram with the parts labeled for you. The secondary brackets are pictured just below the primary brackets shown installed. here is a link to the instructions. Lucrum ind. Also step 7 goes over the install of these as it depends on what bumper you have. If you have the all-pro, you do not use them. But hang onto them because if you ever change your bumper or something you might need them later.

This might help as well;

The secondary bracket mounts in between the primary bracket and the frame. If you look at the instructions they describe how to mount it, but to maybe make it more clear, the top of the secondary bracket has two slotted holes, these holes are to be lined up with the two holes in the primay mounting brackets that match up as shown in the picture. Once you line these two holes up and mock up the bracket in place, then look to the other end of the secondary bracket. On the opposite end you have another slotted hole, mark where this lies on the frame and drill and tap your 3/8" hole for the bolt that comes with the kit.

To sum it up, you are using the secondary bracket to tie the primary bracket into the frame.

The bar that goes up the tire side in the picture was a early version of the antenna mount while it was going to be a accessory. We made it standard and incorporated it into the design to add more utility to the unit. The design did not change to the axe or shovel area and is still the same as pictured. To store the axe and shovel you can mount them as pictured in the instructions.

Did you receive the instructions? If not you can download them on our website in the link I put in the last post, but am always happy to answer any questions.

Re: Lucrum Swing Out - LAST CHANCE!!! This is it.

Tried to install today...got Warn off...got bearings greased and fitted into races and swing arms. Started drilling holes but need better bits and longer ones that will reach all the way to top.

So stopped and will try and finish tomorrow.

Re: Lucrum Swing Out - LAST CHANCE!!! This is it.

Okay almost done.... here are some truths to believe...and take serious.

1- When Chris says mount the main mounts as close to body towards front as humanly possible....do it.

2- When you drill your holes...it is better to put it up on a rack to drill or get an attachment to hold the drill bit square to the frame rail.

3- If you have an aftermarket bumper already might not need to remove the plastic corners like you would with stock bumper...as they are already cut...but may need to cut more. I did.

Mine is 90% mounted....some mistakes I made but think it will work out. I drilled a hole off line so one of my mounts sticks out further than I intended...which seemed fine except now I cant get one of my bumper bolts back in due to alignment. Drilling another hole wont work...so may be tac welding a spot to make sure it stays put.

When it is all done will take some pics and post... Thanks Chris for the hard work..it is very solid. I am not much of fabricator so things that might be easy for most of you guys is a struggle for me.

Re: Lucrum Swing Out - LAST CHANCE!!! This is it.

I may be doing this install (on a warn rear) sometime in the next week in the Boulder, CO area. Anyone around who's willing to lift steel, laugh at me and ultimately be able to claim wrench-time on the uber-SUZ, lemme know.

Re: Lucrum Swing Out - LAST CHANCE!!! This is it.

I will try to get you some nots on installation and lessons learned before then since I have a Warn too. Hopefully I can keep you from needing to get out the cutting wheel and notch your bumper to fit like I did. LOL
