When I called GOBI last week they assured me it was shipped. Normally larger items get caught in Customs since you are in Canada. I will ask GOBI if it is possible to get an update.

I am not in Canada. Alaska is actually part of the USA. I know its confusing.

june 7th someone got paid for the ladder through paypal... Havent heard anything yet ,,, maybe I will hear something soon

Just got back from the post office, and no ladder. Still just waiting. You'd think by now Gobi would give you guys some sort of shipping confirmation that you could pass on to me.

Can you also check on the status of my ladder. You mentioned that an email was sent to Gobi on June 25th. Any news from them? Credit card was billed on the 2nd of June.

I know that USPS takes awhile to ship.

I will request shipping information again. Remember though, when its in our beloved USPS....its not like UPS or FedEx....they are government employees....

Be very careful of what you say about our postal workers, they might be someone we love and care about, and I know that my significant other works very hard for our us government.......

Nothing directed directly to an individual....I too served in a capacity to be involved in the decision making and we all know the difference between a government run business and a private business.

Attention everyone. Gobi called me today and told me all remaining ladders will be shipped tomorrow. There was a hold-up on the ladders lower brackets.
