These are hand made ladders and will take a minimum of 21 business days from the date the 5th order is paid for (ladders may be shipped sooner depending on what we have on the shelves when the group buy meets the minimum 5 order placed).

A: Yes (ladders are not to be re-sold).
Q: How is my ladder shipped?
A: FedEx (USA) Canadian and Overseas orders shipped via U.S. Postal Service.
Q: Will I get a tracking number?
A: Yes, when your ladder is shipped we will send you your tracking number from FedEx.
Q: Do I have to be home to meet FedEx?
A: NO (No signature needed. If you wish a signature release please pay $5.00 additional)
Q: How long does it take to install my ladder?
A: About 10 minutes with ordinary hand tools (no drilling required).
Q: Something has come up, can I cancel my order?
A: Yes as long as the ladder has not shipped. There is a 20% re-stocking fee that you will be charged before you can cancel your order.
Q: I have another SUV that I would like a ladder or rack for, do you sell other GOBI products?
A: We are a factory dealer for GOBI and sell all their products, write us for prices.
Q: I live in Colorado, can I pick up my ladder at GOBI? Can I get cheaper if I pick it up?
A: Yes you can pick up your ladder at GOBI but ONLY AFTER WE SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT FOR YOU. No picking up the ladder does not lower the price.
