I'm selling my XD40. I've put 500 rounds through it 100 rounds at a time. I love the gun, but I never get to shoot it, because I shoot my XDm9 and my Kimber Stainless II the most.
I bought this gun March 2009. It's in perfect condition. Stays constantly clean and lightly lubed. I am a U.S. Marine Infantryman and a combat vet; I know how to take care of a gun.
The gun is in Atlanta. I can deliever it near Montgomery Alabama in 2 weeks. Atlanta this week, and South West North Carolina next week. I will drive a reasonable distance.
No need for an FFL if we trade face to face. I'll type up a bill of sale and all you have to do is sign that you aren't a felon, etc, etc.
The Barrel is clean as a whistle. I do not, do not use a hard brush or wire punch! As long as you clean it right after shooting there is no need for scrubing, just some patches and soap, water, then light light lube.

Ehh.. Price. It looks like $450 is the norm for a solid used XD40. So I'll stick with $450.
I bought mine for $529 plus tax. So $450 no tax, for a slightly broken in gun sounds reasonable to me. I don't want to charge too much, but I can't give the pistol away.
