Question Kodiak Sidewinder Steps

Has anyone here had any experience using these steps?

SideWINDER Features

I saw them at the offroad expo and it got me thinking of the shorter passengers in my life.

Put em on and rip em off the next trip on the trail. I like it....

Of course you could just do what I do.. Tell the kids and wife to jump.......

Re: Kodiak Sidewinder Steps

I was thinking of mounting behind rock rails, and reinforcing the housing with plate steel. I just wanted to know if anyone can atest to the quality of the unit.

Re: Kodiak Sidewinder Steps

I mounted these for my mother's truck (disabled) about 4 years ago. They work well actually, but they are not really stout enough to torture with the FJ.
