how do i remove it

how do i remove the front bottom center silver piece on the stock bumper. i have the bottom of it off, but the top wont budge???

anybody......please helpl

I think you need to remove the bumper, all those tupperware parts are fastned from the backside.

Its easy to pull the whole bumper off, there are about 10 screws holding it on....im sure if you search you can find an easy bumper removal walkthru.

You are talking about the front bumper, I presume. Yes, you have to remove the whole bumper then proceed to remove clips, nuts, wedges, cable-ties, retainers, hose-clamps, kitchen sink, and one screw.
