NDA431Fj - Are you aligning the cut off line prior to permanently mounting the projector into the reflector bowl?

-B

Nestor, who are you making all of these "trial" assemblies for? Do you just have extra buckets laying around and "play" on your own? Sounds like fun, but I worry that you dont ever have headlights in your FJ

Take care fellas,
John
Just a hobby to work on cars and a good source of supplemental income to pay for groceries. I have a few donor headlights, sets of Morimotos and full collection of TRS Shourds for the customer to choose from. Referrals from my friends, local Toyota dealer sales reps and previous clients keeps me busy at night or weekends.

Don't worry I always keep a set for my own.

Well Nestor, I can't wait to see the day when you tackle the TL projectors and the new 5Vector shrouds from TRS.

You are a master of illumination!

See ya,
John

So wait, you have a TL setup you are installing his weekend? Very intrigued and interested in the details... I wonder how much hacking on the bucket it's going to take to fit it? Are you planning to run a shroud?

Also, are those the LED rings you bought from the link you sent me? Those seem super-bright! I likey.

Thanks man!

Just morimoto's! No TL for me.

Yes, those are the LED rings and really bring like those expensive Oracle halo lights.

Building another kit for a member from NC.

Morimoto projector lens kit with 90mm LED ring.

Can't decide between Chrome or Satin Black E-46 R extended shourd on a flat black reflector.

Chrome shroud with perforation and LED ring ON .

Satin black shroud with perforation and LED ring ON .

Shourds collection to choose from: (Apollo, Ocular, E-46 R painted, E-46 R Chrome)

Re: Official HID Retrofit Thread

I kind of like the chrome for some reason. Usually I am an all blacked out type of guy but the chrome looks good here.

We will go with the All black - flat black reflectors and Satin black shourds for a little bit of contrast look.

Re: Official HID Retrofit Thread

The Morimotos with black shourds/reflectors are installed and will be testing them on my FJ.

Will used on my FJ for a few days and make some adjustments if needed.
