It's the blank panel that comes with FJs without the inverter option. Get it new at a dealer or search for a used one.

Two quick questions. What type of saw did you use to make such a clean cut? Also did you have any issues with the screws spliting the wood? I used 3/4th mdf and the drywall screws split it even with pilot hole.

I didn't have any splitting. I used maple plywood. I used a table saw with the blade it came with and also a small cordless circular saw and straight edge. I sanded the edges also.
