Where Can I Find This Decal

Anyone know where I can find this decal? And besides the TEQ, what are the letters on the border saying?

I have no idea what it means but I thought I'd suggest using one of those photo search sites on the web. It let's you upload a pic & it searches the web for matches. That might be a way to find a place that has them...or a clue about what it means

top says "Spectaa offroad"

bottom says "Genuine Toyota Parts"

The top is translated phonetically. "Offroad" is pretty obvious. "Spectaa" is how that name sounds - I'm not sure the exact spelling, etc.

The bottom is a direct translation.

I bought a TEQ badge from eBay, and the guy was nice enough to send me a bunch of TEQ related stickers. I got ones of few of them. This one was the coolest one. I plan to mount it soon once I know more about it. A friend who owns a print shop offered to make more for me. So I may do that once I get the patterns correct.
