Re: Solution Wipers

I would be interested in these - is the only way to purchase via the phone number (the web site doesn't have the FJ listed right now).

Re: Solution Wipers

I had them on my last car (toyota matrix) they were great! never had to replace them again either. I bought them at a local speed shop.

I didnt realize they were so close to me. It looks like the company is located about 10 minutes up the road from me

Re: Solution Wipers

I have a 'wiper test' under way with... with three wipers I might as well have some fun. Drivers blade is a trico 16" winter blade; a below average blade that only proved worthy during our late November ice storm, but as soon as winter is over I'm trying a PIAA blade in its place. My center blade is a Silblade and so far so good (found these on Amazon), driving through the ice storm this blade did surprisingly good, an above average blade, time will tell if it holds up as well Silblade says it will. The passenger blade is a Bosch Excel Micro and the bade doesn't sit flush on the end (the end doesn't touch the windshield when in the 'resting' position) and it just doesn't wipe as well as the Silblade. I've used Bosh before and had better luck, so I don't know if it is just the size and/or the FJ's windshield. Silblade wins this round.
