Re: "Factory style" recessed fog lights in stock bumper (development stage pics)

Well Boys and Girls,

We are finally there, the final install has started!

I will post pics as I progress tonight (this is "semi-live" as I do it.)
Note: Holes were all drilled and harness was installed before I started.

#1 > install trim flanges (7:11PM EST)

#2 > lamps mounted to brackets and 1st aiming (7:35PM EST)

#3> rubber lamp "caps" installed (7:49PM EST)
Note: had to adjust terminals (slightly loose)

#4 > removed debries deflectors (8:04PM EST)

#5 > passenger side aimed and installed (8:45PM EST)
Note: Found I need to make a small adjustment on the install manual

#6 > drivers side aimed and installed (9:32PM EST)
Note: Took a little break during this one

#7 > just got back from a test drive, wow what a difference! (10:29PM EST)
Note: Not sure if the pictures do justice, they really increase the side lighting as claimed (exactly what I wanted).

Re: "Factory style" recessed fog lights in stock bumper (development stage pics)

I'm glad your back. I have not had time to even strat my install. I coach 2 basketball teams. So I am in two diffrent playoffs and 2 tournaments. So no time for foglights.
The pics look good I can't wait to get mine installed. I love the billet look. I picked up some polish so since we are snowed out . This weekend I will polish them up before I install them. Got to get it done before baseball!!!!!!! lol Kids got to love em.

final install pictures

100% completed and ready to go!

Was a nice "almost spring" day. Headed to a local nature preserve for a couple of "final install" pics as promised.

Will do another post on purchasing and shipping details.

P.S. I can visualize this with the bumper wings "fixed" next!
