basic carcase built of cabinet grade plywood.





drawers (3) built and fitted.

Top fitted and set





remove back two tie downs and use a longer bolt to hold down the back,
the front is held down with 2 turnbuckles attached to the stock front tie
down loops.


Unfinished drawers and top.







Glued down heavy vinyl to top/deck install some flush wood handles
and painted a semi-gloss back.

Not to beat on you specifically, but it is great to hear someone say that. I am not sure I am as talented as Undertow but I could come up with something fairly comparable. Nice to see something I can do after watching all the welding and fabricating going on around here that I don't have the first clue on. The shoe on the other foot is refreshing, hoo-ray for the wood guys!

Great job! I was impressed with your quality. What did you use for the stops or catches on the drawers to keep them from banging in and out? I can see them but can't quite tell what they are.

Lots of catches/latches out there, found some brass sleves and some 1/4"x 2"
pins that fit into them perfectly. Wanted to keep in simple a clean.
