Here is the front section done, with Rockblocker 20% smokes on the heads and signals. The bezel re-done from a gloss black and the wings and lower lip done to match:
NICE!!! I was wondering how a BC would look- Now I know- I don't have to be scared anymore- except from the Mrs. reaction... he he he (evil laugh)
Thanks - it was pretty easy to do. I have a paint booth at work but it can easily be done outside also - those pics were taken right after I did the lower lip. Just have to make sure you mask everything off properly.
I just can't wait to finish up the rest and then get the Rims powder coated.
I removed the bezel. I sprayed on a coat of adhesion promotor in an aerosol that you can get at any Auto Parts store. After that it was the rattle can with Rustoleum flat black. 3 coats. It has held up perfectly.
OK so Dragon, HOW did you get the Bezel off? i have all the top fasteners off, but what about those 3 white guys down near the bottom, one in the center, one on each side???

So I pulled the bezel off last weekend to paint it white. It was much easier than I thought. (I removed the two screws on top removed w/ an elec. screw driver. I then removed the two pop-up clips on top removed w/ a flat head screw driver. Then I used the same flat head screw driver to free the three pop-out clips along bottom.)
Unfortunately, because of the bull bar on my Demello bumper, I couldn't pull the bezel straight away from the radiator grill. Instead it had to come up between the bull bar and the readiator grill. As you can imagine, this resulted in the breakage of those two black plastic prongs that stick out from the black grill.
Does anyone know how crucial those prongs are? It seems like they exist only to help line the bezel up. I can reattach them with super glue, but it may be impossible to reattach the bezel without breaking them again.
