Shadowing? ... what do you mean? either way i didn't have any problem at all.
the white that InkMing suggested worked out pretty well for me...i used an entire can....probably equalled 8-9 coats.. then i let that dry for an hour or two and put severl clear coats on.. im gonna post pictures tonight.. it looks funny without the bumper painted black..but it turned out great... thanks INKMING! i'll post what i did later on tonight! peace!

Well, it has been about a year since I painted my bezel. It was sometime in November of '06. For those of you on the fence wondering if the paint holds up, here is a pic from a year ago and a pic from a couple of weeks ago. It holds up just fine.

I like the new white bezel on the black cherry. I slid the Ebay light guards in while I was at it.
I agree. I love the way BC looks with the white bezel. As a note mine was done I guess about 10 months ago...still looks shiny. One thing I did notice if you wait too long before blasting bugs off they can stain, but a little rubbing compound gets it out to almost vanishing.
