ARB Half Rack Installed

Just got my ARB half rack in today and installed - I couldn't be happier with it. It's so solid and well built you can't fully appreciate it's excellent design and build completely without seeing it in person. Not the greatest pictures since it was just installed tonight night indoors, will post more in the daytime this weekend.

Re: ARB Half Rack Installed

Very nice

How high does it go above the white roof?

Can you provide pic w/ruler in frame?

Looks quite a bit higher than the stock rack. Does it fit in garage?

Where'd you buy it?

Cost?

Do tell

Re: ARB Half Rack Installed

Got it from ToraSport, they were super nice called ARB for updates for me and ARB even called me the day they shipped it to verify the addess was correct. I got the half rack - 52" x 44" - part #3800250 with a fitting kit is $595.76 and the air deflector part#3700320 - $107.00 for a total of $702.76 which included shipping.

The install was really easy I order mine without a rack knowing I was gonna get this from the beginning. I just removed the stock covers, then removed the 10mm stock bolts with a ratchet and small extension. The only thing I didn't have that would have made the install much faster was a 6mm Allen attachment with ratchet. They supply you a 6 mm 'L' shaped Allen key but it was a lot of small turns with that. I need to look up the specs. but I seem to remember it's rated at 330 lbs.

It really completes the roof now, been rackless for 2 months waiting on it!

I'll measure tomorrow and get back with details, where I live now we don't have a garage so that's not an issue, but I'm building in May so I'll have to find out if it will fit and make any needed adjustments when I build because this rack is staying!
