Manik-Rack Mounted Light Bar

I'm looking to buy a Manik light bar that will attach to the roof. I plan on using four PIAA 520 driving lights. Has anyone used a similar setup? If so, could you please give me some tips on the install. I also will use a Genuine Toyota Fog Light Switch Kit and was wondering if I should use one or two switches?

i actually got it from a local manik distributor here in california. they are located in irvine. their number is (949) 955-1501 (california auto trends) they gave me a good deal. or go to Manik® Original Off-Road Equipment :: Manik Homepage ; store locator. if you wanna buy from the distributor in irvine tell them arien with the yellow fj sent you(discount for you)..

Re: Manik-Rack Mounted Light Bar

Well I assumed the install of the Manik light bar would be easy. The hard part is getting the PIAA's mounted and wired. There are no instructions out there to do this. I've found many post on installing lights on a brush gaurd, but not to the roof rack. I hope the next person who installs lights to the roof rack, can post a photo tutorial.

Re: Manik-Rack Mounted Light Bar

the install of the lights was a total pita.... but i used this page to help me out: Preferred Roof Top Light Wire Routiing and btw, if you use the gobi directions (which is the best way if you only have 1 wire to run) remember to be careful when removing the a-pillar cover. i broke 4 out of 5 clips getting it off. now it sits weird and makes lots of wind noise.
i am going to drill a hole in the roof and weather proof it. that will def be the easiest way to do it.
