Question Aries Grill Guard

Has anyone heard anything good or bad about the Aries Grill Guard? I am in the market to buy a brush guard for my FJ. Without going all out and buying an ARB this is the best looking/priced that I've come across. It can be seen at: carolinaclassictrucks.com

When I saw them at SEMA this year the quality looked really good.

Re: Aries Grill Guard

I would not expect it to protect you against and kind of impact . You'll end up doing damage to the guard and the fj. The one on this fj hit the rear bumper of another car , did no damage to the car but the bull bar was ruined and so was the bumper on the fj. If i find a better photo i'll post it for you.

Re: Aries Grill Guard

Like I told Yoda in person, I like the look of my bull bar, and figure if I hit anything without it, it will trash the plastic bumper...only difference is I have a place for my lights. hahaha

besides if I wreck my bumper I will just have to get a new one....like ARB, or Allpro...hehehe
