Hi Ron,
Per a request from the online forum fjcruiserforms.com I am sending you an email about my cracked and very chipped windshield. I have one large star that developed into a crack, and another huge crack that was the result of a small stone hitting the windshield. I love my FJ, just not its windshield.

I do not truly believe each FJ will require a replacment. Based upon the pictures posted of offroading (body flex, debris, etc.) on this site alone, I would expect far more windshield breakage than the approximately 300 listed in the FJ poll.

I personally do not watch the news due to items that are reported such as this. There are so many good things that could be used as news filler instead of trying to attack a manufacturer for a decision no one was persuaded into making (D@mn Toyota for making a desirable vehicle).

Buying my FJ was my choice, and if its flaws are too large a nuisance or outweigh the enjoyment it provides, I will make it go away (sell it).

I understand your position, but do not agree.

While you're at it, why not address the FJ blind spots
