Passanger arm rest... Silly

Bought new one, installed. Can't get it to lock Horizontal. This is a simple frustrating thing! Goes past 45 degrees but locks in the up position. Any ideas?

Lift it all the way up and back, it will then go back down to horizontal.

I did that just now still doesn't stop at horizontal! Front can go as far as to touch the seat! Jeez it's only a bolt and a large washer ( plastic.)

Re: Passanger arm rest... Silly

i had the same issue after i re installed it, after the wet okole's.

unbolt it, and remount it, just don't use the same angle as you did previously. it's a square right? match it up to the next right angle. sorry for the poor lack of description.
