Making Rolls-FJ

Got my dash kit about an hour and a half ago. Couldn't wait to get it istalled. Like the FJ, some will like it other will flame. I think it looks great. It's the full kit from Dash Kit Specialties

I think it looks good. I sure did not think that I would like it but I do. I think you are the only other person I have seen from St Augustine.

Each to his own - a little too posh for my humble tastes. The next thing you MUST DO is to put an RR emblem on the back in place of the Toyota emblem (and post picts).

Nice look I am not sure about it on an FJ but, if you like it that is all that matters. Don't expect alot of love on the site on this one though. The only thing I would work on if I were you is figuring out how to get the yellow bleed throught out from the center console, other than that I think it looks nice. If they made that in Cherry or White I'd look into it.

Both of you need to pack up (with a group of Jax off road warriors if possible) and head down Tampa way. Cruiser Steve is coming from through Jax from Brunswick, Georgia to wheel with us on Sunday. Come on out if you can. Here is the link Memorial Weekend Outing on Sunday, May 27th

Re: Making Rolls-FJ

Well, I hated it when I saw the first pic, but then it grew on me as I scrolled down. It really looks nice. I think I even like the yellow bleeding through. It's not for me, but I'd say it definitely has a "woodie" feel to it. All that's missing is the wood paneling on the outside.

Re: Making Rolls-FJ

As long as your happy with it is all that matters, nice mod. I would second the opinion of trying to get rid of the yellow on the center console...and you need a RR hood ornament too, that would be swank

Re: Making Rolls-FJ

The Ipod Nano stand I like it. Which brand is it?

Is it connected to your Fj-Jammer some how?

I see the power outlet being used but not a connection to the aux of the sound system.
