Re: the ULTIMATE rear bumper mod

Make sure your spare tire is protected whilst dropping in, and you WILL have the best rear bumper available.

I was serious about the spray foam thing...

Go recyclable! And it can double as firewood in an emergency!

Re: the ULTIMATE rear bumper mod

I'm thinking properly contoured black Diamond Plate formed into a bumper to cover that ugly would be totally badass.

Re: the ULTIMATE rear bumper mod

Here's what you do. Cut the plastic side panels off your existing plastic bumper. Then stick them on in their former location. This way it'll still look OK.

Also make sure your rear airbag sensors are tie-wrapped out of the way. They should be inside the rear crossmemner there.

That's the worst thing...that rear tire. If a truck hits you, it's going to hit that tire, that means the glass on the rear door will shatter, and the entire door will bend in. Fantastic.

Re: the ULTIMATE rear bumper mod

Fit for a red neck or Squater. Since you don't seem to be using it anymore. How about you put it in the mail and send it to me. I will hold on to it untill I get rear ended some day. at least i will have a fast replacement.
