You Americans seriously crack me up. I opened this thread as a joke! Wow! In case of an emergency? Up here we carry an axe...and maybe a pack of zigzags in case of a real emergency.

I decided this would be a great secure way of holding the weapon and also have quick access to it in case of an emergency.
<snip>
Now it’s out of sight, secure and I have access in a second if I need it.
Great solution. It wouldn't work for me because I do have to carry business partners and grandchildren in the back seat sometimes, but I still like the idea and the quick access.

Me three; you couldn't pay me to live either of those places, just for that reason.

That would be a nice find for the guy lurking in the backseat. Or does that only happen in the movies?
#1, I bet Mike doesn't leave it there when the truck is parked in public.

#2, guys that break into cars don't usually lounge in the back seat waiting to see who comes back, they take their loot and leave as quickly as possible.

Thanks for reminding me to add Canada to my previous list of places I will never live.

Yep, it's on my body when I leave the vehicle.

Re: Concealed Handgun Mount

Neat and tidy Shadow, I like it.

I usually toss the weapon of the day in the door pocket or glove box. But after a couple of assaults and other weird schit, my wife said she would just prefer to hold the peice all the time.

Re: Concealed Handgun Mount

I like that mount, it would come in handy in Canada, you know, bunch of stoned axe murderers.......

Judging by the way all of the Canadian retirees (Snowbirds) drive here in Arizona, no wander they all carry axes, probably a great tool to disable the car of an old fart that can't drive, I guess they get rid of them and send them here in the winter, and we reeeeeealy appreciate it, thanks.........

But they are good at hockey. Especially that Gretzky guy.
