Classic FJ badges?

Someone posted in an older thread (which I now can't locate) a link to a site that carried all the old badges and emblem from the classic FJ - does anyone know the site I mean and can re-post a link to them? I'm looking for the classic yellow "4WD" emblem from the first-gen FJ, which I have a line on on eBay I just want to make sure I'm getting a good price.

Thanks!

Re: Classic FJ badges?

Specter Off Road has all those badges. Beware of the e-bay knockoffs. I got the 4wd fj40 emblem and it was cheap warped plastic. You might want to have one custom made if you want a nice metal badge.

Re: Classic FJ badges?

I got mine from Claremont Toyota at TRD

Here is a picture of the emblem. Is this the one you want? I also saw that Specter Offroad has them too. Actually Specter has all the old Land Crusier emblems. I have often given thought to the side emblems.....

Cool Cruisers of Texas also carries a full line of both OEM and replica Land Cruiser emblems.

Soft Parts . Emblems

Very reputable company. I buy many of my restoration FJ40 parts from them.

Re: Classic FJ badges?

I got a pair of OEM side emblems from some old landcruiser. They just say "Toyota Landcruiser". I had to modify the mounts for use with mounting tape instead of drilling. I have not installed them yet, but I taped them on and shot some pics to get an Idea of how they would look. Part of me likes them and part thinks its too much. So they sit in my garage waiting for a decision. If you want to weigh in on how they look, e-mail me at jacobslmn@yahoo.com and I'll send you pics.

Re: Classic FJ badges?

Didn't someone on the site custom paint a 4WheelDrive emblem for a member here?... Silver and black??
