BLACK BEZEL - BLACK DIAMOND....check in here

I just got done rattle canning the bezel on my Black Diamond with the Rustoleum Black Textured for Plastic. IMHO, it looks 100 times better than the original silver. It really should have come from the factory like this.

All of you other BD owners....have you done this yet? Planning on it..? Let me know....show us your pics.

Re: BLACK BEZEL - BLACK DIAMOND....check in here

My bad.......here are probably the worst pics posted on this forum....but you get the idea. No real prep.....other than just cleaning the bezel well after taking it off, and taking your time and waiting in between coats. I honestly used about 1 1/2 cans of spray paint. The Rustoleum is very forgiving stuff....goes on real easy and covers up well.

I went heavy on it due to tons of gravel still being on the road from icy/snowy conditions and wanted as much rock/chip protection as possible....if that makes sense.

Regardless....I love it.

Re: BLACK BEZEL - BLACK DIAMOND....check in here

i dig it... i guess i'll do that too.
i already changed out my door handles for the tundra black ones.
only thing i would suggest is to either change the toyota on the grill to black or paint it white.
nice BD's rock!
