Reverse Light Replacement

all right guys..is there a trick to removing the break light/back up light lense cover? i gust recieved my replacement bulbs, and now time to pull cover off..is there a trick? already chipped corner of cover and am not wanting to damage it any further. im sure there is a trick to it, just need someone to tell me what it is

I believe you have to go from inside the vehicle, behind the cover panels.. Ron

If your just replacing the bulbs then go thru the small panel (on the inside) right behind the tail light. You don't need to remove the len itself.

EDIT: if you do want to remove the len, there are two screw nuts in the small panel you will need to take off, then the third is either located in the stock jack compartment and the other is behind the stock sub compartment.

There are small access panels on each side used for access to the bulbs and sockets. If you have a sub-woofer you must remove it to access the passenger side panel. Push and twist left to remove the light socket and bulb. Remove the bulbs by pulling gently. Install the new bulbs, push and turn right to re-install the sockets.
