They come painted. I had to buy one a few months back (dealership). They don't come with the clips though, so if you are missing any, be sure to pick some of those up too.
I have one. I needed a rear driver-side wing and bought a used pair from someone. I will sell to you for $85, shipped (as long as you're in the cont U.S.).
