dont forget that once they ship, start tracking the price. if they drop a significant amt, even for 5 bucks, they'll credit u back as long as it's within 30 days. i've done this with my 40d. when i bought it, got it for a little less than 1200. within 30 days of shipping, i called like 5 times and total credits came to 1050.
I'm considering it. These and the fogs should put out an ok amount of light.
I don't know about the fogs, but the driving lights have a good long reaching beam. Better than the two new 7 inch lights I just added to my bumper. I know with two of them, I could be driving down a strait road at night with my brights on, filp these on, and see road signs light up for ever it seems like. 4 of these on the roof should get me in trouble.
If I were getting the Fogs, I would get them in amber. IMO.

I ordered a pair - maybe I should have gotten 2 pair, but oh well.
Has anybody tried putting 100W bulbs in them instead of 55's? Anything worth doing is worth over-doing...

Build plan: Replace every part one-at-a-time till I'm either a.) out of parts to replace, b.) out of money to replace them, or c.) very close to being single.
I ordered 2 sets yesterday morning, they should be here any day now. If you really want to get the bright on, just get some HID kits for your off road lights.
Wow... ordered on the morning of the 10th and they arrived in the evning of the 12th. Very fast shipping and great product. Now time for the fun part, getting them on my roof and wiring them up.
Ordered some switches also, should be here any day now.
