is your tent too large to use his expedition setup that only has the pasket for the front 1.5 feet and rest is cut down to let your tent sit on the floor of rack?

hard to tell from your pic....
Not sure, but I heard back from Sergio today.
They are getting a tent just like mine this week for testing on a new rack solely designed for my style of tent.

you remembered to squirt some silicone in the bolt holes in roof to make sure there are no leaks...right?
Yep. To ensure that the silicone got all the way down into the nut plates, I thoroughly coated the bolts before sending them down in there.

Re: I'm contemplating the BajaRack. Please gimme your pics & opinions.

Steve,

Thanks for starting this thread! Your and other folks racks look great! I'm considering one myself.

I recently purchased an ARB RTT to mount on my expedition trailer. But, I'd love to be able to mount the RTT directly on the Baja Rack as an option for short trips. Has anyone done this? Does anyone have pics of the half rack with the RTT mount option in the rear?

Pics please.

cheers,

dale

Well pleased with every aspect of this rack, ease of installation, overall low height allowing it to fit into my garage, weight/strength factor just right for my needs.

Hey Cris, is that light bar mounted up there made by BajaRack?? If so, does it have the ability to swing down backwards when not being used (to clear garages, etc.)??
