Re: New! MPAC Straddle Prototype

Awesome product!!!! Love the idea...If you need someone to field test it, I would be more than glad to. I am a proud supporter of the Springtail product line, people ask me all the time about the mouse on my window and then I show them the pet barrier...

Re: New! MPAC Straddle Prototype

Great prototype and idea!

I agree with bending the mounting tabs inward, a velcro attachment option, and a felt or rubber kit to protect the console.

I would suggest that you extend the passenger side further rearward as there is room there and symmetry isn't as important as more useful rack space.

I can smell a front, side, back, barrier combo/combo/combo/combo.

Keep 'em comin', Doc!!

I will be also working on an adaptor to mount a Blackhawk CQC Kydex style holster for those of us who carry and would like an accessable point for a pistol or magazines.

As always, I would like to hear your comments

Doc

I'll be ordering one of these JUST for this fact.

So long as you guys make one for the 6MT, You've got my business!

Re: New! MPAC Straddle Prototype

Yep, I need one for the MT. I'm currently keeping my pistol in the center console and this would be a viable option. I say, standing on the shoulders of many tall midgets, tabs inward, color matched and....longer on the passenger side. Extend down further, in an MT I really don't hit my leg there much and I'm sure the passenger wouldn't mind losing an inch all the way to the floor.

Re: New! MPAC Straddle Prototype

I really like this idea. I picked up the rear door combo earlier this year. It has been very useful and top quality. I look forward to purchasing this product. M6 please.

Re: New! MPAC Straddle Prototype

Doc, I see great potential to make it work as a laptop mount too!
