Cargo net in back--conflict with Subwoofer--can't use

Anyone else have this problem? I bought a Toyota cargo net for the FJ for about $20 and went to install it and realized the subwoofer is blocking one of the side hooks. So, now I have a cargo net that won't be used? Anyone have any ideas?

What else doesn't work with the subwoofer? The cargo cover that conceals the storage?

I'm bummed.

Re: Cargo net in back--conflict with Subwoofer--can't use

I got one of these nets too even though I new it wouldn't work because of my sub. One thing I tried was to hang it over the back of the rear seats using the head rests and the floor hooks. IIRC, it was a tight fit across the back of the seats and I didn't want the seats to be frayed so I removed it, but it might work for you. In general, I'm disappointed in what the OEM net has to offer and am looking for a cargo box to throw stuff in instead.

If you have the cargo cover on the sub side it has plastic hoops under the snaps you can use a carabine to hook it to that.

Re: Cargo net in back--conflict with Subwoofer--can't use

So, are you saying that the cargo cover WILL work with the SUB Woofer in place? If that's the case, I will get the cargo cover and then use a carabine to hook onto that for the cargo net.
