Newbie without the FJ

HI,
I'll be purchasing mine next april. I'm gonna read about it as much as I can, so I know how I'll set it up. I have a heavily modded 350z and just sold my '99 4runner. thought of going xterra, but really dig the looks of the FJ

Re: Newbie without the FJ

I feel for you on that 350Z...I owned one for 2 years and they are lemons. How do you like you like buying front tires every 8000 miles?

Now the FJ, that is another story. And Toyota has become an industry leader...much better than Nissan.

that sux about your Z, I can almost bet you had a 03? mine runs perfectly and will not be selling it. FJ will be a new additon . I will be selling it when the new gtr comes out. I test drove the FJ for like 20min (I think the dealer got us lost) and loved it. a lot of markup, cuz it definitely a lesser car than the 4runner, in terms of interior and extra gadgets. I droved the manual and it was a bit noisy and the tranny don't feel like a 30k car. I'm looking to spend 25k, more or less with minimal options. It'll be beefed up in no time when I get my hands on it.

Hello chewey46 it appears that you have not posted on our forums in several weeks, why not take a few moments to ask a question, help provide a solution or just engage in a conversation with another member in any one of our forums?
