Re: Hello FJ Good Bye Tundra

The wife took my '05 Jeep Liberty and I traded her '02 Tundra in on my FJ when the lease ran out.............you will never, for one single minute, regret it. The Tundra would get stuck in my yard on wet grass......it was embarrassing. Now, it was two wheel drive, but damn, had to rescue it more than once with the Jeep. Been to the beach twice so far and 4-wheeling a couple of times.......trying to get it stuck. oh what a feeling, toyota.

Yep. i traded in the tundra for the fj as well Steinbeck. loved the tundra for its pickup bed and it was fast. I just have always had some 4x4 of some kind or another and I have always missed them when i did not have them.

Scottub, hey i think you gave me the same advise my first post when i asked if it was a good idea. I bought my FJ the same day and never had a regret.
I never got to say thanks. THANKS!!!

Re: Hello FJ Good Bye Tundra

I also traded a TRD Tundra for the FJ. The Tundra was a truck. The FJ is a passion.

Re: Hello FJ Good Bye Tundra

I was fortunate in that I was able to keep my Tundra and get the FJ, however I did trade my FJ80 in.
