Hello from Michigan

I picked up my black cherry FJ on Monday. I will be returning my 04 4.7 GC next Monday. I thought there there would be a big difference in the ride. I was correct. To my suprise the FJ rides much better than the GC!! The only option I wish the FJ had was heated mirrors. It's was a pain scraping the heavy frost off of the mirrors this morning. I use to own and race an 69 FJ40.
It was one of the best off raod vehicles I ever had. If the FJ Cruiser is capable of half of what the FJ40 could do off road I'll be very happy. There is a lot of good information in this site!!

Re: Hello from Michigan

Welcome. Move south and unheated mirrors won't be a problem.
