hi everyone...i just registered so yes im new to this site... i purchased a 2007 FJ today and was hoping someone could steer me in the right direction on this issue ... it appears that where the auxiliary box on the dash once was has been replaced with a pop up gps unit with a speaker on the left of pop up cradle... really slick mount... issue is there is no gps unit... and i would love to know what unit might work with this cradle and where i might purchase one... is it factory? help

Some pics would be helpful, I've never heard of a stock GPS mount of the dash top box on the US models, but I have seen some custom GPS mount mods.

Re: help me please

It was an older Garmin unit that went in it. This is a newer video and I don't know if this it the exact GPS that was offered or a newer one.

Re: help me please

I read a post where someone was asking about modifying the box to hold an Iphone and someone answered that it wouldn't fit and I think they said that a Garmin Nuvi would fit. I've been looking but can't find or remember which thread it was in. I just read it either last night or today too.
