New to the board, not to the FJ...

Hi everyone! I've been reading & absorbing for awhile and decided to finally join. We've had ours since June '06 and have enjoyed every mile since! She's already had a new face put on her--good amount of body damage last Dec. when a kid pulled out in front of us. "Big FJ eats small Honda Accord"..needless to say we won that battle, but not without war wounds. 4 weeks later and new paint, she looks amazing. Mud and salt covered, but still amazing

Planning on rock rails before Ouray in July. Just saw the rail/step combo, but haven't heard much about the good or bad of them. Maybe CA intake but not sure. I like her now... I'm not entirely into all the mods. Come on, we live in metro Detroit--not really 4x4 country. Give us a few years to get out of the area and then we'll be thinking differently!
