Dallas newbie

Hi everyone, I'm from Dallas, got my 07 VooDoo FJ 4 months ago, have gone 4-wheeling in the creek bottoms around Dallas, Big Bend Park, and at the off road park in Hot Springs AR. Mod's to the FJ so far- a shovel bungee'd to the roof rack, Hella lights up front on the brush gaurd, Warn winch behind the front bumper, and the back seats have been removed so a foamy bed could be installed for camping or hauling my 2 dogs around.

Off of 2nd Ave, and hwy 175, the area is populated with homeless folks so be careful down there, but... there's lots of trails between there and I30. Go down 2nd Ave, look for the roads on either side, most aren't gated or fenced. The land is either utility easements, or flood plain. There's several places where White Rock creek, or the Trinity river can be accessed.

Welcome! I'll be in Dallas May 23 - 27 for a wheelchair tennis tournament at LB Huston Tennis Center on Luna road, maybe I'll see you!!

It is strange that as much as I travel how few FJs I see!
