Looking to get better MPG and Power??

I have looked at some of the Air Intake systems, and been trying to find a performance chip, does anyone have any suggestions on either... do i go with the TRD one or after market? Any and all help would be appreciated....

Wecome aboard, for better MPG keep your roght foot out of it. I have the TRD CIA setup installed but as far as more power I don't know but it sure sounds like more power to me. I love it!
