Just got my FJ a week ago Saturday. Picking it up tomorrow after arranging to get a lift through the dealership - they've had it since Friday (what a mess!)

Anyhoo, just wanted to say hi - we look forward to taking the FJ out soon - we go camping in Northern AZ and also out to hunt tests with our Vizsla, but not sure where else we'll take it yet.

And that's only after they tried to go back on their word and install a 2.5" Daystar kit that was nothing like what they showed us when we were there. Luckily my boyfriend has lifted two Jeeps and helped countless friends work on their vehicles, so he was able to go back to the dealership and get them to fix their mistake (whether it was intentional or not, who knows?)

I bought it off the lot with basic tires/wheels and we took those off to add Nitto Terra Grappler tires and Eagle Wheels ( Series 178). We will see how it looks when I get it back tomorrow. Keeping my fingers crossed ;-)

For someplace nearby, take it up into the Bradshaws. You can get lost for weeks. Or head out east from Table Mesa Road exit.
