Die Cast Models Available From TMS

I searched, so if this is old news, sorry...

If you missed the cutoff for the die cast giveaway, you can get one from TMS. The info I was given is:

"Customers may call 800-622-2033 to place an order with a Visa or
MasterCard. The suggested retail price is $70.00 for retail customers
plus their state tax and shipping. The customers will only be allowed to
purchase 1 FJ Cruiser Model."

Colors available:
Black
Blue
Red
Silver
Yellow

might want to try this before eBay, unless your color is not available anymore...

Nice.
Since I'm such a noob owner, I missed the giveaway, so I guess I'll try this.
If I can't lift and slap offroad tires on my cubicle walls, I can at least sit a diecast beside my office monitor, stare, and dream about the weekend.

Is that true??? I'm on the road right now so I can't check. That sucks. I get crappy tires on the real one and good ones on the model!

Well I guess you're right. At least we got them on the model...

Re: Die Cast Models Available From TMS

I lost my bid twice on eBay for a yellow model. I just got my FJ last month so I missed the give away as well. Those yellow ones went over $100 on eBay each time.

The question I have with those TMS models is that I kind of doubt they come with certificates like the ones from Toyota. Can someone confirm this? I wish I had won that one with number in the 500s on eBay. Now I can't even find one on ebay.

Thanks a lot!

Re: Die Cast Models Available From TMS

The one I got arrived quickly and had a numbered certificate matching the number on the scale model.
