Cool Ow I just love this thing...however...

I bough my FJ yesterday. Black Diamond. I tried going to the simplest model I could find. So, I got steel wheels, front skid plate, CQ, DL and Z1, that is it. Before pulling out of dealer lot I checked everything in the car, to make sure it has no scratches and everything works. Or so I thought. When the night came and I was driving it home, I tried the high beams and what do you know, the did NOT turn on. The “flushing” option works, (when you pull then handle) but when you push the handle nothing happens. I must say this was a little disappointing with the car that had all together 6 miles on it, anybody else had this with theirs?, But I am still LOVING IT.

Did you have your headlights on??? Or was it just your DRLs that were on???

Sorry had to ask, but it is a simple mistake.

Hello chewey46 it appears that you have not posted on our forums in several weeks, why not take a few moments to ask a question, help provide a solution or just engage in a conversation with another member in any one of our forums?

Re: Ow I just love this thing...however...

The highbeams stick has to be pushed forward to engage. Simply pulling on it flashes the beams.

What's this flushing thing your talking about? Did you guys all get a john in your's? That so sucks I wasn't offered that option. I have to hang it out the window.

I think she meant 'flashing'.

Disregard my last post. My bad.

Oh, and welcome to the forum.
