Greetings from Idaho

Hi everybody! I've been a Toyota fan since my first new car, a 1974 Celica GT. My dad had either a '60's or early '70's Land Cruiser wagon that my wife and I took on our honey-moon to my folks' mountain cabin (but I won't get into that ). Anyway we were looking at a new silver FJC and the salesman told us to let him know for sure if we wanted it B4 noon the next day and he would hold it till then (ha). Well we called and told him we would take it first thing next morning but wouldn't get there till noon (we were 1 1/2 hrs away). We talked to him 3 times while en route but didn't find out till we got there that they had sold it out from under us right after we left the night B4. Well one thing led to another and we ended up buying a used yellow one with the same+ options and 13K miles. With the "certified used car" warranty of 100,000 mi I think we came out okay and we really like the yellow color. We've really had lots of complements.

Now we're looking forward to really getting out and playing in it. We'll be leaving in about a week to spend the winter in Arizona and have lots of plans to get out in the desert with it.
