shiny new FJ in AK with silt from Jim Creek on it

Hi y'all - I'm up here in Anchorage, Alaska from Houston, Texas, just got an 08 titanium silver FJ pretty loaded out. Already getting into "adjusting" the rig like I want it, she'll be a daily driver for me so I'm starting off mild - 2" leveling with 285 BFGoodrich Mud-Terrain T/A KM2's going on this week. I'll post some pic's of the clearance.

I'll be looking on here for some 6" lifts, I'd like to read more about what others think about their particular lift brand and especially how it affects extended warranty!

anyway, looking forward to some heavy snow trail driving - honk if you see me out and about!

That picture looks photochoped. Now that's a big change from Texas to Alaska. Outch on a weather clash. But anyways welcome to the madness and disease we all suffer here from modding our rigs.

Welcome. MOdding is fun and can breed anxiety if you have not done it before, like in my case. I hope it all turns out OK for you and for me, G.U.L.P.
