Hi!
I'm new to this forum and I must say, this forum appears to be as terrific as the FJ it supports.
My wife and I are just wild about the FJ and our only concern is the oft-mentioned visibilty out the rear sides. It doesn't bother me as I never turn around to change lanes-I use the mirrors- but my wife is a "turner-arounder" and is slightly concerned.
Other than that, **everybody** we spoke to who owns an FJ loves them and has nothing but praise for them.
Our dealer said although there are no factory-supported lease deals on the
'07s at this point, they usually come out at the beginning of December, so we'll wait and see what happens.
BTW, we like either the blue or the yellow FJ.
We solved the rear visibility concern by adding the large stick on convex mirrors to the top of our outside mirrors. Pep Boys sells a pair of the large (3") ones for less than 5 bucks!
On the other hand, many cars have more "blind spots" than the FJ. You just have to drive it and learn it's foibles...

The rear visibility isn't as bad as everyone says. Just get some stick on convex mirrors for the outside mirrors, adjust all your mirrors properly, and you shouldn't have a problem at all.
