My wife and i moved from Australia to sunny California three months ago for work and a lot of exploring - and when i saw an FJ (not available in AU, we get the boring soccer mum looking 120series prado
) we had to have one!
I've owned, raced and rolled my fair share of landcruisers - starting with a '72, '75, '76 and '82 40 series SWB, a '73 45 series trayback, 2 '84 60 series wagons (one cut into a pickup) and a '94 80 series, all i owned over the last 8 years in Australia - there a lot cheaper there then here!!!
I liked the look of the fj, reminded my of my old shorty which i'm sure is the intention, so cant wait till we get ours..
Mods will be fairly mild, but no doubt will have plenty of time to enjoy it!
