Re: NEWBIE WELCOME PACK: Please read

Hello -
I just got a new 2008 Trail teams Edition fj. It is at the shop right now getting a 6" fabtech performance lift and some new 18" wheels and tires.
With only 1500 miles on it I have only ridden some sand dunes and trails, i was please to see what it can do stock. Can't wait to get it back after the lift and ride some.

Can anyone give me a good explanation of the a-trac, and vsc options? i think i understand but was hoping someone could give me some hands on info on the systems.
I look forward to what is to come. As a life long F150 driver, i am glad i finally made the switch. Wish i had not waited this long-

Hi Everyone,
I've been lurking for a while and have learned a tremendous amount and appreciate everything that's been posted. Before the FJ I had a Land Rover Disco, added an OME suspension as the only MOD to the Disco.

Got the FJ (2007 VooDoo Blue 2007) in December 2007. Have been doing Mods to it since then, thanks to the advice of the forum.

So far: Bandi Mount & CB, Rancho Quick Lift, Man-a-Free LCA Rear, ProComp 7089 Wheels, BFG Mud Terrains

great idea. I have been handing out my Wolf cards and I was thinking the other day that I hope none will get deterred if they see the "supporting member" stuff right off the bat and think they have to pay.....But that should be just the ticket for anyone signing up......

Re: NEWBIE WELCOME PACK: Please read

Hi, my name is Ron, and my wife and I bought a FJ last month. Already installed an ARB bumper, IPF headlight replacements, and IPF Spots. Looking at putting in a ARB lift and some Cooper STT's sometime in September. I own my very own offroad supply store in Fairbanks Alaska and have been wheeling for about 10 years. I also have a 03 Jeep Wrangler with more mods than I have time to mention.

Hello All,

My name is Jeff, I just purchased an 07 sun fusion FJ and absolutely love it!! I'm glad to be apart of this site and can't wait to make some new friends. I'm currently in the process of moving from KY to AZ and look forward to taking advantage of my FJ capabilities. Have a good one!

And, now you're one of the "answer persons."

BTW, everyone . . . . Kim (neworleansparrothead) is now the moderator of the Introductions & New Arrivals and Newbie Discussions forums (as well as the 4X2 forum).

She's not only a very fine lady, but one who is always willing to help forum members in any way that she can . . . . especially the newcomers. So, please don't hesitate to call upon her for your assistance and advice.
Just goes to show how great Southern hospitality really is!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
